America is a beautiful country, and there are many places to visit. I’m going to go over 9 awesome places to visit in America that you can travel in your summer holidays 2022.

1. The Grand Canyon

The Grand Canyon is located in Arizona, USA, considered as one of the best places to visit in America. It is the largest canyon in the world and one of the Seven Wonders of Nature. The Grand Canyon has more than 1 mile (1.6 km) deep, more than 200 miles (320 km) long, and receives more than 6 million visitors each year.

The Grand Canyon became a UNESCO World Heritage Site on 28th December 1979. It was named as a National Park in 1919 by Ulysses S Grant who was then President of America at that time..

2. Hawaii

Hawaii is a US state in the Pacific Ocean, located about 2,500 miles southwest of California. It consists of about 137 islands that are divided into eight major groups and several smaller ones. The main islands include Oahu, Maui, Kauai and Hawaii.

Hawaii became a state on August 21st 1959, making it the 50th state of America and its only island chain to be included as part of the US territory. Its location makes it an ideal holiday destination for those who wish to escape from winter colds while still staying within US borders

3. Yellowstone National Park

Yellowstone National Park is located in Wyoming, Montana and Idaho. It’s one of the oldest and most famous national parks in the world.

It covers an area of 3,472 square miles (8,997 square kilometers), which makes it larger than most countries! The park contains over half of all geysers on Earth (about 10,000). Yellowstone also houses a large population of wolves—over 700 live there.

Yosemite National Park is located in California and is a beautiful place to visit. Yosemite offers many hiking trails that are great for beginners as well as experts, allowing you to see some of the park’s most beautiful sites while getting exercise. If you’re looking for a calmer experience, Yosemite has plenty of places where you can simply sit and enjoy your surroundings.

Several waterfalls are within easy reach of the main roads through the park, making them great photo opportunities or just fun stops along your way. There are also plenty of animals in Yosemite that make it worth visiting: bears, deer and other smaller animals roam around freely here (and if you’re lucky enough may even come right up to you!).

If there’s one thing I’ve learned from this trip so far it’s that seeing all these places would take years!

4. Niagara Falls, Canada and New York

The Niagara Falls are a series of waterfalls along the Niagara River in eastern North America. They are located along the international border between Canada and the United States, with a small portion on the northern shore of Lake Ontario. The falls receive approximately 9 million visitors annually.

5. Death Valley – Best Places to Visit in America

Death Valley is a desert located in California and Nevada. It is the hottest, driest and lowest place in the United States. Death Valley has an elevation of -282 feet which makes it the lowest point in North America.

It is also one of the largest national parks in California covering an area of over 30000 square miles with a wide variety of landscapes including mountains, sand dunes, dry lake beds and badlands etc. The park was established as Death Valley National Monument on 30th January 1933 but became part of Death Valley National Park after President Dwight D Eisenhower signed a bill into law on 29th August 1994 making it remain one of twenty-one units within its system

6. Washington, DC

Washington, DC, is the capital of the United States and is the home of the president and Congress. The White House is the official home of the president, while The Capitol is the home of Congress. 7. Chicago, Illinois

You may be wondering, “How do I get to Chicago?” Well, if you’re from out of town, the best way is via flight. All these different airports make Chicago perfect for traveling by air.

After you arrive at the airport, there are plenty of ways to get around the city: buses, trains or taxis are all options. If you don’t want to take public transportation or drive yourself around town (it’s not recommended), then a car service is another option for getting around on your own terms without spending too much money on transportation costs!

8. San Francisco, California

San Francisco is a city in northern California, and it’s by far the most visited city in California. It’s also a major tourist destination in the United States, with many people traveling to this beautiful city every year. From cities to national parks and everything in between, America is a big country with lots of things to do. There are so many places to visit in the United States that it’s easy for one place to get overlooked. It’s hard not to love this country, even if you don’t know much about it yet!
